Knowledge And Experience
• Knowledge of 3rd Party Logistics industry.
• Experience in implementation or support, of Warehouse Management System (WMS) OR experience with Warehouse module of any ERP system.
• Experience with Freight Management System (FMS), Transport Management System (TMS) would be an added advantage, but not a mandatory aspect.
• Working as business user in 3rd Party Logistics company, with knowledge of software system processes, in either of below functional areas.
• Warehouse operations or Freight Forwarding or Transport Management, will also be considered.

Skills
• Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact between your team and clients. Patient, level- headed and cool under pressure.
• Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients and setting high standards for excellent client service.
• Enjoy complex problem solving, thinking on your feet, and coming up with ingenious solutions.
• Go- getter with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
• Understands the value of business analysis for the organization.
• A team player working closely with other members of service delivery.
