Internship / Contract Basis

LeanHyphen is looking for a creative 3D Motion Graphics Designer to help build interactive learning experiences, simulations, animations, and marketing creatives for our future-skills platform, SPAFA.
Responsibilities
• Design and animate interactive learning simulations.
• Create 3D scenes, motion graphics, and micro-interactions.
• Build interactive animations using Rive and Spline.
• Design gamification elements such as badges, rewards, and progress indicators.
• Create social media creatives and product awareness content.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Required Skills
• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Figma
• Rive
• Spline
• Canva
• Understanding of storytelling and user engagement
Good to Have
• Blender
• After Effects
• EdTech, Gamification, or Simulation Design Experience
