Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for a 3D Generalist (Blender). You’ll create high-quality cinematic animations based on provided reference styles and collaborate with the team on engaging short-form content.

️ Requirements:

• Strong Blender skills

• Character & facial animation

• Cinematic lighting and camera work

• FX, textures & rendering workflow knowledge

• Ability to optimize scenes for fast delivery

• Comfortable working remotely & independently

Compensation & Work Details

• ₹7,000 per minute of animation

• Minimum 10 minutes/month commitment

• Minimum monthly earning: ₹70,000

• Long-term collaboration opportunities based on performance
