Magnet Events is growing, and Were on the hunt for a talented and self-driven 3D Designer who is passionate about exhibitions, events, and transforming creative ideas into stunning visual experiences.
At Magnet Events, we specialize in designing custom exhibition stalls and executing high-impact corporate events across the globe. Our work turns brands into immersive experiences, and now, were looking for someone to help us take that vision to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and visually compelling 3D exhibition booths and event spaces.
- Translate creative briefs, floor plans, and brand guidelines into immersive 3D visuals and experiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure design feasibility, budget alignment, and timely execution.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for presentations and approvals.
- Incorporate functional and aesthetic elements into design layouts while considering space planning and event logistics.
- Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a 3D Designer in the exhibition stand and event industry (mandatory).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Keyline Drawing and 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, SketchUp.
- Skilled in rendering tools like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Proficiency in graphic software including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to bring ideas to life in a real-world event context.
- Understanding of event planning and basic project management principles.
- Ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
