Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner and Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional service with fluent English.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Higher Secondary
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
