Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK healthcare client, ensuring high-quality candidate placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts, and work closely with inhouse compliance team.
• Source, screen, and match healthcare professionals (nurses and allied health staff) with suitable opportunities.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely submissions and placements.
• Coordinate with UK-based clients and to meet booking numbers.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize performance and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 2+ years in healthcare recruitment, preferably in UK/NHS staffing.
• Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of UK healthcare recruitment trends, compliance, and UK healthcare staffing challenges.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with recruitment software and client platforms.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage client expectations effectively.
