Job Description
Position: Senior Web Designer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with more than 3+ Years Experience
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing website designs that align with client branding and user experience goals.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize web designs for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure the use of best practices and industry standards in web design and development.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Experience with animation and interaction libraries (e.g., jQuery, GSAP).
