Position Overview- We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid portfolio of brand-centric content. You’ll play a key role in crafting visually engaging video assets that bring our brand and campaigns to life across digital platforms.(Portfolio link in the resume is a must)Company Description:Ghar Soaps is a skin care brand based in Pune, dedicated to simplifying skin care routines for effective results. Our brand's mission is to make skin care simple and accessible to all individuals. With a focus on natural ingredients and straightforward products, Ghar Soaps aims to enhance the skin care experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:- Edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, social media, product launches, ads, and internal communication.- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual storytelling.- Apply motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.- Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).- Maintain brand consistency in video tone, style, and voice.- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques.- Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, especially for branded content- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.- Experience working on a wide range of formats (e.g., short-form content, reels, ads, product videos).- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a creative team environment.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Good communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly and contribute to creative discussions.- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing brand-related projects is mandatory.
