Job Summary: The Sales Head – N&E for the Acute Care Business Division will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the North & East region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for the division. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and point of care diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets for the Point of Care Business Division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the point of care diagnostics market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of point of care diagnostics and the healthcare market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
