Serverpoet Technologies, a leading IT company based in Jaipur, is seeking a Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms and will be able to work on site in Jaipur.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential Upwork projects that match our expertise and services
• Prepare proposals, bids, and responses to client requests
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Collaborate with our technical and management teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience as a Bidder or Proposal Manager on Upwork or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IT services and solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work on site in Jaipur

Note: This position is only open to candidates who are based in Jaipur and are available to work on site.
