About Ripple Learning
Ripple Learning is a small, local tutoring agency based in East London. Over the past five years, we have grown largely through word of mouth by working with lovely local families and thoughtful, engaging tutors.
Ripple also donates 10% of revenue to UK educational charities working towards education equality, so every session taught through Ripple has a positive social impact beyond the individual lesson.
Why tutor with Ripple?
We work closely with a focused team, match tutors carefully with local families, and support tutors to do their best teaching.
Ripple speaks carefully with families before matching, helps manage expectations, and offers additional advisory support where needed. This helps protect the tutoring hour, so tutors can focus on planning strong lessons, teaching well, giving clear progress updates and helping students grow in confidence.
Because 11+ enquiries make up a large part of Ripple’s work, successful specialist tutors are likely to be considered quickly for suitable students and, where appropriate, future group tuition opportunities at higher rates.
Pay: £40.00-£65.00 per hour
