This role involves working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone production environment and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills to support cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Proficient in working with Mediation Zone by Digital Route.
- Comfortable navigating all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues.
What skills you need
