Job Description
Salary:
£23,720.38 to £29,741.78 per annum
For information, the full-time all year round equivalent is £32,346.00 to £40,557.00 per annum.

The post holder will be a part of the Learning Support Team and will fulfil the role of Specialist Support Tutor. The post holder with complete initial support interviews with students referred to the specialist support team and out of class tutoring support sessions with FE learners.
The postholder will complete assessments for students referred to Specialist Support with reading, writing, spelling, memory and/or processing difficulties to inform teaching and learning strategies. The post holder will be responsible for assessing for and applying for the relevant Access Arrangements. In addition, the post holder will have a cohort of students with whom they will complete 1:1 specific reading, writing and spelling programmes and assignment support.
