About the Role
Inducare Pharmaceuticals and Research Foundation (IPRF) is looking for a Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals while ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell IPRF’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring regular follow-ups.
Conduct product detailing and presentations to medical professionals, explaining the benefits and effectiveness of the products.
Achieve sales targets as set by the company within the assigned region.
Generate prescriptions and demand for the company’s products.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the management.
Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.
Qualifications Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), or a related field preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Sales Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and influence healthcare professionals.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and sales techniques.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Ayurvedic or Allopathic pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
Existing network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Mumbai.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
