Job Description:
• Create product documentation for a range of audience groups (system administrators, application developers, and users)
• Work closely with the writers to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and compliance to organizational standards in documentation
• Edit online and printed documentation for a variety of audiences Required Skill Set
• Strong knowledge of industry standard authoring tools, such as Adobe Robohelp, Framemaker, Microsoft Word etc.
• Excellent understanding of the English grammar, style, and writing standards
• Understanding about HTML and XML basics will be an added advantage • Conversant with technology and happy working with technology
• Ability to understand software products and their application to business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, self-motivated and flexible
• Ability to work independently with set deadlines and keep multiple projects on track at the same time

Experience: 1-5 Years

Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Graduate in Science with good English Language skills with technical aptitude

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Lead Book Writer Intern with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at CatalystX. The Lead Book Writer Intern will be responsible for structuring, writing, editing, and refining long-form content, conducting research, developing narratives, assisting in content planning, and collaborating closely with the founding team. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research Strategy

Conduct research on industry themes, thought leaders, and book publishing trends to shape content direction. Assist in refining the book's concept, structure, and tone based on audience insights.

Story Development Writing

Lead the end-to-end process of writing structured chapters.

Draft, edit, and refine long-form content with attention to detail and narrative flow.

Marketing Growth

Collaborate with the team to position the book within a broader brand and marketing strategy.

Contribute to content that can be repurposed for marketing (blogs, social media, etc.).

Operations Execution

Coordinate timelines, manage drafts and feedback cycles, and assist with editing and publishing logistics. Streamline workflows between writing, design, and content teams.

You have strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
