Major Responsibilities Areas:
• Plan achieve targeted number of wholesalers by visiting existing wholesalers activating new wholesalers
• Managing conflicts objections from wholesale channel
• Planning implementing sell-out activity from identified wholesalers
• Implementing visibility initiatives in wholesale channel to drive off-takes
• Achieving monthly annual targets

Potential Challenges (Problems that an incumbent is likely to face as a position –holder)

Wholesale is the most important channel to drive indirect distribution in a cost-effective way. Ferrero India intent to aggressively drive distribution with existing new product portfolio in order to do so it's imperative to activate wholesale channel to reach to targeted number of indirect retailers. The individual will be responsible to activate wholesale channel for the entire city, he needs to exclusively work in wholesale markets to identify activate right set of wholesalers with right product assortment WSO needs to plan execute activities to improve awareness of FIPL brand, he needs to plan execute sell-out activities from identified wholesalers, he will also be responsible for coordinating with other SOs/DBs to ensure timely delivery of stocks.

Who we are looking for:

a) Must Have:
• Graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience in
• FMCG/Food/Beverage industry
• Good communication interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated driven by targets
• Ability to negotiate influence

b) Nice to Have:
• IT skills
• Numerical/analytical skill
