WFM Analyst
Prosperity Travelz is urgently hiring for WFM/MIS Executive.
Experience into Team handling.
Good knowledge of MS excel.
Responsibilities: • Volume forecast and prepare staff schedules accordingly. • Monitor KPIs daily and report them to Management. • Keeping a record of all reports/data of operations and support functions. • Projection on KPIs and Service Level for the coming week. • Prepare and manage the day-to-day shrinkage and schedule adherence. • Effectively manage outage scenarios. • Leave management. • Manage ad-hoc requirements from Ops and any other functions. • Discuss daily / weekly performance with stakeholders. • Analyze situations, identifies the gaps quickly, and take necessary steps to avoid impact on Service Levels.
Qualifications: • Overall understanding of Workforce Management in the BPO Space. • High proficiency in MS Excel in terms of Formulas and Pivots and MS Power BI. • Understands and has knowledge of metrics such as shrinkage, AHT, Occupancy, schedule adherence, etc. • Ability to translate and summarize analytical data findings into actionable recommendations. • To be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders across levels. • Ensures that full support is rendered to all team members in conducting their day-to-day affairs and that all team decisions are supported irrespective of personal agenda. • Diploma/ Degree or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel. MS Power BI. • 4-6 Years' experience in managing MIS/ WFM

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
