Wellbeing Services Officer (2025-00+)
About the Opportunity
At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. To help us achieve this we are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Services Officerto join our team. This is a + month full time temporary contract (open to part-time applications).
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating worker's compensation case activity, this includes: engaging with the insurers, medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, injured workers and internal stakeholders to support a safe return to work and general administrative support. This position is part of the WHS team working to proactively increase wellbeing and prevent injuries and illnesses through the delivery of an innovative health and wellbeing program.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Return to work coordinator accreditation
Previous experience in a rehabilitation or return to work position
Demonstrated computer literacy and administration experience
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication
High level organisation and time management skills
Current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C)
Hold or be willing to obtain White Card, First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certificates.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Temporary (+ months) 35 hours per week - open to part-time applications
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,316 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
