We have an exciting opportunity for an Wedding Manager to join our ambitious team.
Hampton Manor, a beautiful, family-owned estate, is on the search for an wedding manager to join our young and dynamic team. Our estate consists of an incredible courtyard space for bespoke, luxury events and weddings; Michelin-starred Grace and Savour restaurant, plus Kynd. an informal restaurant all about small farms, big flavours and bare stories of those pioneering better farming systems. We were recently named in The Telegraph's Top 50 hotels in the world and awarded two keys by Michelin.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and passionate individual with a strong work ethic to join our successful and ambitious weddings and events team in delivering bespoke occasions. The successful candidate will have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people, leading a team, and taking responsibility for the department. Experience being a wedding or events manager fully operationally is essential for this role.
What the job involves
Supporting our Operations Director with the running and delivery of all our bespoke weddings and events, both private and corporate, going above and beyond customer expectations.
This role is fully operational and involves evening and weekend work.
You will be expected to recruit and train any new staff and be in charge of leading the team to deliver the event or wedding.
Working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
Working within different areas of the hotel when required, to deliver the same standard across the whole hotel.
Bar work and training will sometimes be necessary.
Experience in the role is required
