We are hiring Desktop support Engineer for L0 / L1positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.

* Good in communication (verbal written), interpersonal, technical support

* Drivers Installation configuration

* Configuration troubleshooting MS- outlook, outlook express and exchange mail.

* Installation-Window-7 Window-8, Window-10

* Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365)

* Installation Troubleshooting of operating system

* Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance

* Should have experience in Desktop Support...or Computer hardware Networking

Desired Candidate Profile: Only Male Candidate required

Designation: Desktop Support Engineer.

Companies: Third party Payroll.

Qualification: BE/ BTech (All Stream)

Year of passing: 2018-21 Passed outs

Experience: 0 to 1yrs

Salary: 20-25k
