• *Water Safety and Swimming Instructor Role**
Swimming Nature is seeking experienced and qualified swimming instructors to join our team, providing water safety and swimming instruction to clients across the UK.
The successful candidate will possess excellent swimming ability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• *Essential Skills and Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
• Hold an ASA Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification (or equivalent international certification)
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
• Have a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, although we can provide this if necessary)
• Be able to swim to a high standard and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sport
Our estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
