This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading a diverse team of frontline associates, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Lead by Example: Motivate and develop your team through coaching, guidance, and support, while promoting a strong team culture.
Safety First: Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened awareness throughout the organization.
Performance Driven: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
Open Communication: Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular dialogue among leadership and associates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role.
1+ years of logistics industry experience.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills.
