Position Summary
As a Warehouse/Driver Assistant, you’ll play a key role on our Warehouse team, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you'll also work closely with fellow team members to support day-to-day operations. This includes generating shipping labels, overseeing shipments, and making deliveries when required. This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution efficiently
Generate shipping labels using courier software (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
Perform inter-warehouse transfers and local customer deliveries using a company vehicle when needed
Track and manage all inbound and outbound
Communicate with carriers and visitors professionally
Pick, receive, replenish, put away, and count inventory as needed
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Organize pallet racks, break down and prep pallets for shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space taking out trash from warehouse and office
Support inventory cycle counts and audits
Assist warehouse manager directly with necessary tasks
Adhere to and promote safe work practices
Requirements Qualifications
Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Familiarity with courier systems (FedEx, UPS) is preferred
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Intermediate-level computer skills, including MS Office
Dependable, accountable, and professional in demeanor
High school education or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
