ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in administrative oversight and direct support of inventory control within the warehouse. This role includes maintaining precise inventory records, ensuring timely stock movements, and facilitating effective communication within the warehouse and with external suppliers. This position is vital for the smooth operation of the warehouse and significantly contributes to the company's operational efficiency.

· Oversee administrative functions within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

· Manage documentation related to inventory, shipments, and stock levels, including entering records for shipping and receiving into the system
• Assist with inventory control processes, maintaining and updating inventory records to ensure accuracy and readiness of stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any shipment issues

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

· Experience with ERP and WMS

· Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse administration, or related fields.
