About the Role:

We’re looking for dynamic and dedicated Production Associates to support daily plant operations at OC Specialities Pvt. Ltd. This role offers a great opportunity for Chemistry graduates to work in a high-growth, ISO-certified specialty chemicals manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in batch manufacturing and handle production equipment

Measure raw materials as per SOPs and follow operational protocols

Maintain logbooks and process records accurately

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the workplace

Coordinate with the shift team and report deviations

Required Skills Experience:

B.Sc. in Chemistry is mandatory

1–3 years of experience in chemical plant operations

Familiar with chemical reactors, pumps, filters, etc.

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Experience in the Specialty Chemicals industry is an added advantage
