- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while demonstrating knowledge of the menu.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
• *Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are highly valued.
