Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Gather the Feedback from Customer Maintain Long Lasting Relationship.
Handle inbound Outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Update customer profiles with relevant information.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to quality standards and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
