Voice Process and Technical Support Expert
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced voice process and technical support expert to join our team. As a voice process and technical support expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via voice calls.
Key Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in TECH SUPPORT or BPO with 2 years of experience in voice process is required.
Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science (optional).
Work Environment: Work from office with 2 ways cab provided.
