Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Voice and Accent/Soft Skills Trainer at Sagility. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to improve English Language, communication, and soft skills of employees in an international BPO setting.
Qualifications
• Experience in conducting voice and accent training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
• CELTA certification would be an added advantage
• at least 2 years previous experience working in a BPO environment in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position
