This role requires demonstrated experience and expertise in:
Technical Curriculum Knowledge: A good understanding of the education sector and proven experience in delivering a suite of services in a well-planned, coordinated, compliant, and transparent manner.
Transformational Change Leadership: Outstanding record of leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules. Additionally, a track record of building high-performing specialist capability and creating a climate where new ideas and perspectives are encouraged.
Large Scale Reform in the Public Sector: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, peers, industry bodies, and other government agencies with skills in understanding views, gaining cooperation, and achieving influence on strategic or business priorities.
