Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Deliver high quality and timely customer service to customers.
Manage all orders through multiple sales channels for both online and wholesale customers.
Coordinate sales enquiries efficiently and effectively
Handling online orders
Answering phone calls
Business Operations and Sales Support
Creating and uploading spreadsheets into our database
Booking International and domestic shipments
Creating and issuing Purchase Orders and Invoices
Coordinating shipments
Accounts Support
Sending invoices to customers and making sure they pay
Follow up on overdue invoices.
Qualifications:
Has 3 to 5 years experience in Virtual Assistant
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and a natural aptitude for time management
Experience providing administrative support for a team and management.
Proficiency in MS Office (must know Excel) with the ability to pick up new programs quickly.
Willingness to work as part of a strong team environment.
Strong data entry skills and aptitude with numbers
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Skills in freight booking and management
