We are an online company in the business of providing translation, transcription and various other linguistic services to international clients from different timezones.

Are you a tech-savvy multitasker who loves spreadsheets, automation, and solving problems? Work directly with the founder as a Virtual Assistant and bring order to chaos from managing CRMs to automating boring stuff in Excel. If you're the kind who says, "There's got to be a smarter way to do this" we want you on our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Email handling

· Use AI for assisting with a variety of business tasks

· Automate and improve Google Spreadsheets

· Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns

· Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platform

· Translation, Editing and proofreading

· Manage Back Office Tasks

Desired Candidate Profile
· Strong understanding of Google Spreadsheets and data entry processes in a business context.

· Familiarity with translation industry workflows and terminology is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills.

· Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.

· Strong command over any regional languages will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
