Videographer/Editor Intern
Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor Intern to shoot once a week at various locations across Durham / Northumberland areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing it to produce engaging and visually appealing final products. This role requires an understanding of video production techniques, storytelling, editing, transcribing and adapting your footage for both large and small execution. We are looking for someone who is looking to expand their portfolio and add some small business content to their roster.
Duties
Collaborate with marketing to understand project goals and vision.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
Manage video files and archives efficiently for easy access during projects.
Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and editing techniques to continually enhance the quality of work.
Be efficient and on time with your execution.
Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with various filming equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for visual composition and storytelling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project management.
