About Us

We focus on developing world-class products for non-English speakers across India by delivering local information, classified ads, and continually evolving to include new and significant use cases every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form and mid-length videos (reels, promos, social media ads)
• Understand visual hooks, pacing, and storytelling rhythm
• MATCH EDITS WITH PLATFORM BEHAVIOR: fast cuts, high engagement moments, retention tactics
• Strong grasp of color grading, text animations, and sound design to enhance storytelling
• Knowledge of ad metrics understanding what kind of edits boost CTR and completion rates
• Ability to work closely with writers and creative leads for seamless execution of concepts
• Up-to-date with editing trends, meme culture, and audio trends
• Strong command over two languages minimum English and their native language both written and spoken, to bring cultural nuance and flexibility in writing
