The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with a strong understanding of video editing techniques and workflows. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• *Responsibilities:**
- Edit video content, including cutting, assembling, and fine-tuning footage to create polished, final products.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and execute the vision.
- Perform color correction and basic color grading to enhance the visual quality of videos.
- Implement sound design, music, and special effects when necessary.
- Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless continuity within video projects.
- Maintain an organized workflow with clear project files and consistent naming conventions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing.
- Meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• *Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, motion graphics, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling.
- Basic color correction and grading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with additional video editing and motion graphics software and tools.
- Familiarity with sound design and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of various video formats and codecs.
