Role Description

We're looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team in Delhi. This role focuses on producing high-quality short-form video content for our leadership team and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge, creativity, and a sense of humor to our tech-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
- Create content in multiple visual styles to keep our brand fresh and appealing
- Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and sound design to enhance video quality
- Maintain consistent branding while experimenting with new editing techniques
- Collaborate with our Brand Managers to align with overall branding strategy
- Transform technical concepts into entertaining and accessible video content
- Meet deadlines for regular content publishing schedule
- Stay updated on trending video formats and editing styles

Qualifications

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility in editing styles
- Understanding of tech concepts and ability to present them in engaging ways
- Good sense of humor and ability to incorporate it into content
- Knowledge of short-form video best practices across platforms
- Eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through video
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi

Compensation

- Stipend of ₹10,000 per month (12 pieces of short-form content each month)
