Vice President Sales – India IT Staffing

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Identify potential clients in the target market.
• Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
• Ensure timely and successful service delivery, managing client expectations and addressing any issues that arise during the staffing process.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Minimum Requirements:
• At least 18 years of experience in Domestic (India) IT Staffing industry
• Should have strong track of record of success within sales, ideally within the Recruitment and staffing industry.
• Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development.
• Should have highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
