Job Description

This role is responsible for engaging employees and enhancing productivity through effective management of HR and administrative services within the manufacturing unit.

Key areas of focus include talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR processes and experience in handling complete life cycles from recruitment to talent management.

Additionally, this role involves administration of manufacturing site activities such as transport, canteen, security, guarding, housekeeping, visitor management, and managing VIP customers and visitors.

Responsibilities also include salary, payroll, and attendance administration, event planning, celebration coordination, and CSR activities. Furthermore, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee day-to-day grievances and maintaining relations with local villages and government authorities
