Job Description Role: – The HR Business Partner shall work and partner with the Business Process Outsourcing BU and manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle with the objective of developing, implementing and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness – Responsible for the end to end life cycle management including Talent Acquisition, capability building, improving organizational design and structure, talent management, employee engagement, strategic staffing, performance management for the BPO Services – Work with senior stakeholders as an HR business partner – Employee grievance handling – This role will be in the 2 pm to 11 am shift (UK Shift) Requirements: – MBA (HR) – Should have 6-+ yrs of experience in business partnering in the BPO Services BU of an MNC/ process oriented company – Good communication skills – Good stakeholder management skills – Maturity to deal with a diverse workforce – Willingness to work in the 2 pm to 11 am shift (UK Shift) Location: Gurgaon Company: This position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a leading MNC IT and BPO Services Company Read more
