JOB DESCRIPTION :
Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Scheduling: -Providing program walk through, introducing the health coaches and giving app demo over the telephonic call - Scheduling periodical appointments of patients with health coaches and sharing pre-requisites Feedback, Follow-up and Grievance Management: -Taking timely feedback from the patients and maintain a record of it. Capturing outcomes and measure progress indicator during the telephonic calls -Following up with patients to enhance engagement levels -Handling patient grievances and coordinating with internal stakeholder for quick resolution Generate testimonials/Referrals/Cross Sell: -Taking testimonials/Thank you notes from patients during/on completion of the program -Generating referrals from the patients on periodical basis -Convince the patient to re-enrol the patient on completion of the program Inbound Calls -Handle the inbound calls related to service and support -Sell the program on inbound call in directed by the lead Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months experience in customer service Post Graduate/Graduate Excellent communication skills Approachable and empathetic
