Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a US Telecaller / Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over the phone, identifying sales opportunities, and nurturing leads. The role also involves maintaining and expanding the client database, arranging client meetings, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
