US IT Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Freshers Can Also Apply. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, job boards, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., networking events, referrals). • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates. • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
