Key Responsibilities
• Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management
• Work with direct clients and implementation partners to understand role requirements
• Manage applicant tracking systems and documentation effectively
• Conduct proactive outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal networks
• Negotiate rates and finalize placements with precision and professionalism
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates, vendors, and clients
• Create daily activity reports and track sheets
• Manage end-to-end account planning and relationship nurturing
Must-Have Qualifications
• 2–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment (W2 C2C)
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC)
• Proficient in vendor engagement and account management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines
• Prior experience working in US time zones
