Job Role:

1) Assisting passenger in selecting best holiday package
2) Advising them on Visa processing and Embassy guidelines
3) Resolving passenger's queries on call
4) Making reservation for passengers on European tour packages
5) Handling FIT inquiries and customization Coordination with clients and vendors for Hotel accommodation
6) Adherence to Quality guidelines and focusing towards customer satisfaction
