Nature of Work : VOICE PROCESS
• Requirement - Graduate fresher or HSC With 6 months Mandatory Experience on papers.
• Good Communication Skills
• Salary - 21k CTC, Upto 17k in hand (Experience candidates)
• Salary - 1+k CTC, Upto 15.5k inhand ( Graduate fresher HSC fresher)

Candidates should have their own system and internet connection

Shifts : DAY rotational shifts

Working days : 6 days working

Week-off : any 1 rotational week-off.

Responsibilities:
• Handling customers' inquiries and providing solutions through email.
• Gathering customer information and explain service options and procedures.
• Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate actions.
• Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Documenting customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and software.
