Urgent requirement for Quality officer

Auditing the calls of Loan collection and Payment awareness calling.
 Maintaining daily evaluation tracker, percentage tracker, sending monthly reports to all supervisors.
 Taking Briefs for issues related to Quality Concerns.
 Analyzing Escalation cases and burning issues related to quality
 Making Reports from Analysis of evaluation done and Highlighting Concerns to respective departments to increase Quality Percentage.
 Evaluating calls on daily basis giving regular feed backs.
 Co-ordination with the Training team to stabilize Quality process.
