• IT Recruitment and Operations
• Should have a good understanding of IT technology, technical roles and technical skills.
• Should have worked on mandates across various technical requirements
• Should have hands on experience in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn,etc.
• Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards and Internal Database.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media
• Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork, On Boarding, Payroll and Compliance,etc

Qualification :
Any Graduate

Experience : 5 to 7 Years of Experience

Salary Range- As Per Company Norms
