You will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees for our clients. Roles and Responsibilities- • To coordinate with the hired candidate regarding their shift timing • Update candidates with the last-minute changes if any. • Coordinate with the clients in regard to the change, Absentees and late coming of a employee. • Work independently with a bank of nurses and doctors regarding their shifts. • Coordinate with the team for pending shifts and follow up with the employees.
