Job Title: DZ Driver

Location: North York, ON

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hours/week)

About Us:

We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable DZ Driver to join our transportation team. You will be responsible for delivering metal products throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) using a flatbed or heavy truck. This is a weekday position with no weekend work and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Load, secure, and deliver metal products to client locations across the GTA
Operate a flatbed or heavy truck safely and in compliance with traffic regulations
Conduct pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip vehicle inspections
Complete delivery paperwork and logs accurately
Communicate professionally with customers
Follow established routes and schedules
Assist with loading/unloading tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
Requirements:

Valid DZ Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (at least 1 year with flatbed or heavy truck required)
Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract (must be submitted with application)
Familiarity with GTA routes and roadways
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and integrity
Willingness to complete insurance forms
Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check (if requested)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
