Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon–Fri, Flexible Timings) + Work from Home on Saturdays
Salary Range: 4 to 5 LPA (with possibility of revision after 3-month probation)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in the B2C domain—preferably in online sales within the Indian market. The role involves engaging with customers over calls and chat, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable cruise packages.
Provide accurate information about itineraries, pricing, promotions, and booking terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer expert guidance to customers.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth post-sales support.
Requirements
Graduation in any field.
1–2 years of experience in B2C online sales (Indian market).
Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi or other local languages considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in handling sales over calls and chat.
Target-driven with a passion for customer service.
Familiarity with the travel or hospitality industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
Note: Field sales experience will not be considered.
